As a Wall Street experienced corporate trainer, health research professional, a university dean & a professor and a consultant, Dr. Kaluyu is well versed with both quantitative and qualitative research methods. He had undertaken major projects including the impact of learning on organizations. He has extensive experience in cultural competence in the health environment, and managing learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Dr. Kaluyu started in Wall Street in NY city where he rose to a senior training manager. He later took a part-time job as an Adjunct Professor, and was promoted to Associate Campus Dean and a Professor of Health Services Administration before being appointed as a multiple campus dean.
He earned his joint Ph.D. in Urban Health Research and Policy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Rutgers University, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He also holds a Master in Business Management from NJIT and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
